WHY DID YOU DO IT?

I am a man of deep faith, but I believe the Tree of Knowledge is coitus. The apple may represent orgasm. We can view this work through two lenses. The biblical one, where Adam holds Eve and Eve holds onto Adam. But also through the lens, where I bear a great guilt for many mistakes that have happened in our relationship.

I am the more sensitive, weaker one; Anet is a strong woman. I am depicted in the position of a fragile woman, held by a strong individual—a symbol of my wife’s nature. Anet has always stood by my side and kept me afloat. I am endlessly grateful to her.
